NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Office Assistant at the SKAMANIA COUNTY ANNEX BUILDING, PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT, 170 NW
VANCOUVER AVE, STEVENSON, WASHINGTON until 10:00 AM on Wednesday, February 3, 2026 for the Wind River Road Pavement Preservation Project and other related work. Sealed proposals received will be opened and publicly read aloud on Wednesday, February 3, 2026 at 10:00 AM or shortly thereafter at the SKAMANIA COUNTY ANNEX BUILDING, PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT. Bids received after 10:00 AM, Wednesday, February 3, 2026, will not be considered.
SCOPE OF WORK
The Contract provides for pavement rehabilitation and safety improvements along Wind River Road from MP 0.40 to 0.88. This Project shall consist of: ROADWAY RESURFACING AND SAFETY ELEMENTS TO SPECIFICATIONS SET FORTH IN CONTRACT DOCUMENTATION
AND PLANS, and other work in accordance to the attached Contract Plans and Specifications, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
The Work shall be fully completed within 40 Working Days from the Notice to Proceed. This project is Federally Funded with an 10% FSBE Requirement and Training Requirement of 0 hours.

All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such proposal. All such amounts are subject to forfeiture, in accordance with RCW 47.28.100, if successful bidder fails to enter into contract and furnish satisfactory bond within the time stated in the specifications.
