Filings of 100 pages or more will be rejected. Filers will need to send a courier, file by mail or file their documents in person. Bench copies cannot be submitted electronically. please visit Superior Court's website for instructions of submitting bench copies to Superior Court Administration.

GR 34 Waivers only apply to statutory filing fees, to avoid the $5 Bundle fee, file in-person, by mail or by courier.
e-filing is not mandatory. Standard GR 34 waiver forms can be found by visiting courts.wa.gov or click the links below, altered forms will not be accepted.
