Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 and in order to protect the health of the public and employees, the Skamania County Auditor, Assessor, and Treasurer have closed their offices to the public effective March 17, 2020.  All offices will continue to conduct transactions through the mail, a courthouse dropbox, and the internet and telephone (when possible).  Customers arriving at any of the offices will be directed to one of these resources or directed to call the office. 

This closure is ongoing but will evaluated daily.  The Auditor, Assessor, and Treasurer apologize for any inconvenience in this unprecedented time. 


The Auto Licensing Department issues titles, registrations, and licenses for automobiles, trucks, trailers, boats, and other motor vehicles. Many transactions can now be completed online, eliminating the need to travel to our office. See below for online options. Our office does not issue driver's licenses. If you need information on a driver's license, please go to the State of Washington Driver's Licensing website.
