Skamania County Community Health department is seeking a Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee/Apprentice OR a Substance Use Disorder Professional I/II/III.

SUMMARY: Under direct supervision of the Behavioral Health Manager the Substance Use Disorder Professional provides assessment, diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and case management for clients with alcohol and/or drug problems according to the American Society of Addiction Medicine guidelines. Case management includes the coordination of on-going follow-up care services. Treatment services include individual and/or group counseling.

For the apprenticeship program, Duties are performed under the direct supervision of the Community Health Director, the Behavioral Health Manager, and/or mentor(s).
