Public Notice: Construction Dates 11/5/2025-12/3/2025

Please be advised, during the month of November, James Dean Construction will be installing a new waterline on Wind River Hwy just Northeast of the West entrance to Carson. This will require a lane closure on the Southbound lane. The two Northbound lanes will be coned off to create two way traffic zone for the duration of the project. Flagging staff will also be present. Construction hours will be from 7am-6pm. Delays of up to 20 minutes can be expected. Construction is estimated to start November 5th & ending December 3rd. Please be aware of this traffic change for the safety of the public as well as the construction workers. James Dean Construction appreciates your patience while we improve your public utilities.
