(2002 Distribution of Federal Forest Fund Receipts

from Treasurer's Trust)

WHEREAS, Skamania County has received from the Forest Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, $4,556,936.98 for FY 2002 federal forest yield and $14,481.82 in interest for a total sum of $4,571,418.80; and

WHEREAS, $4,565,979.00 was estimated as federal forest yield revenue for 2002; and

WHEREAS, $5,439.80 more than the 2002 estimated federal forest fund revenue was received; and

WHEREAS, Skamania County has received from the Forest Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, $611,165.66 for FY 2002 Federal Forest Title III and $389.70 in interest for a total sum of $611,555.36; and

WHEREAS, the Board finds that the distribution of said funds should be made in the manner set forth below;

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Treasurer of Skamania County is directed to distribute $5,182,974.16 as follows:
