RESOLUTION 2002-66

(Use portion of Skamania Lodge Purchase monies to balance 2002 budget)

WHEREAS, in February 22, 2001, Skamania County received the remaining $4,187,498.37 from Dolce Skamania Lodge to purchase the Counties interest in Skamania Lodge.

WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners anticipated using $900,000 of these funds to balance the 2002 budget; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of Skamania County, Washington, that the County Treasurer is directed to pay the sum of $900,000 of the funds received from Dolce Skamania Lodge to the Current Expense Fund.
