(AMENDING RESOLUTIONS 1999-43,2002-12 & 13, SECURITY
DEPOSIT FEES)
WHEREAS, the Skamania County Board of Commissioners establishes procedures for using Rock Creek Recreation Center, Stevenson Grange, and Underwood Community Center with regard to refundable security deposit fees; and
WHEREAS, these fees are set to ensure the proper use and maintenance of these facilities; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Skamania County Board of Commissioners do hereby adopt the following amendment to the refundable security deposit fees for the rental of Rock Creek Recreation Center, Stevenson Grange and Underwood Community Center effective October 10, 2002:
Security deposits shall be paid as described below. Renters shall receive a written check- list describing cleaning procedures. Following the rental, an inspection shall take place that verifies the satisfactory completion of cleaning tasks per the check- list. The security deposit shall be retained if the inspection verifies that the facility was not properly cleaned, or if there were damages to the property, facility or equipment beyond normal wear and tear.

NOTE: For Groups classified as type I who use the facility at no charge, the refundable security deposit shall still apply.
