RESOLUTION 2002-41

(Amending Resolution 2000-05 to eliminate the Imprest Account for the Solid Waste Department)

WHEREAS, Resolution 2000-05 established an Imprest Account for the Solid Waste Department at Riverview Savings and Loan for the purpose of depositing daily cash transmittals from the Mt. Pleasant Transfer Station to be transferred by Riverview Savings and Loan to the First Independent Account; and

WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Board of Commissioners by the Skamania County Treasurer that the Solid Waste Department no longer needs the Imprest Account; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Skamania County Board of Commissioners that Resolution 2000-05 be rescinded and the Solid Waste Department Imprest Account be eliminated effective immediately.
