(AMENDING RESOLUTION 1999-56 TO MODIFY LAUNCH FEES AT DRANO LAKE AND THE WIND RIVER)
WHEREAS, by Resolution 1999-56, the Skamania County Board of Commissioners adopted launch fees for Wind River and Drano Lake; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined to be necessary to amend launch fees as per Washington State Fish and Wildlife criteria; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Skamania County Board of Commissioners that Resolution 1999-56 is hereby amended as follows:
Daily Launch Fee for Wind River or Drano Lake $ 5.00
Resident Annual Pass Wind River and Drano Lake $20.00
Non-Resident Annual Pass Wind River and Drano Lake $45.00
Launch Fees for Wind River and Drano Lake:
Daily launch fees for Wind River or Drano Lake - $5.00
Annual pass for Wind River and Drano Lake - $55.00
