(ADOPTING WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND AMERICAN PUBLIC WORKS ASSOCIATION STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR SKAMANIA COUNTY ROAD AND BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS)
WHEREAS, the Washington State Department of Transportation, and the American Public Works Association, Washington Chapter, have adopted the 2002 edition of the Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge and Municipal Construction, and
WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in the best interest of the County that all road and bridge construction done by contract within the County and bid after April 9, 2002, shall be done in accordance with said Standard Specifications,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Skamania Board of County Commissioners that the said Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge and Municipal Construction, 2002 edition, as adopted by the Washington State Department of Transportation, and the American Public Works Association, Washington Chapter, be and the same is hereby adopted as Standard Specifications for Skamania County’s road and bridge construction contracts effective April 9, 2002.
