RESOLUTION 2001-77

 

                                (Distribution of Federal Forest Fund Receipts

                                                 from Treasurer's Trust)

 

WHEREAS, Skamania County has received from the Forest Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, the sum of 4,537,897.62 to date during 2001 for federal forest yield; and

 

WHEREAS, $4,457,000 has been budgeted for 2001; and

 

WHEREAS, the Board finds that the distribution of said funds should be made in the manner set forth below.

 

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Treasurer of Skamania County is directed to distribute $4,537,897.62 as follows:

          Law Library                                  (120.001.000)                               $     23,720.00

          Senior Services                             (121.002.000)                               $   116,050.00

          Solid Waste Fund                          (401.000.000)                               $   200,000.00
