RESOLUTION No. 2001-64

(Loan funds from Cummulative Reserve Loan Fund to Law Library Fund)

BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Skamania County, Washington, that the County Treasurer is directed to loan $15,000 from CUMULATIVE RESERVE LOAN FUND (124.000.000); and transfer said monies to the LAW LIBRARY FUND, (120.001.000); that this transaction shall be considered an interfund loan from the CUMULATIVE RESERVE LOAN FUND, to the LAW LIBRARY FUND and is to be repaid from the 2001 federal forest funds anticipated as revenue in the 2001 budget no later than January 31, 2002, together with interest at 2%.
