(final loan repayment from Law Library Fund to

Skamania County Loan Fund)

BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Skamania County, Washington, that the County Treasurer is directed to pay over the sum of $22,800.00 plus interest in the amount of $182.14 for a total of $22,982.14 from the SKAMANIA COUNTY LAW LIBRARY FUND, number 120.001.000 to the SKAMANIA COUNTY CUMULATIVE RESERVE LOAN FUND (124.000.000) on December 20, 2001; that this transaction will pay off the balance of the temporary loan created by Resolutions 2001-49 and 2001-64.
