RESOLUTION No. 2001-49

(Loan funds from Cumulative Reserve Loan Fund to Law Library Fund)

BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Skamania County, Washington, that the County Treasurer is directed to loan $7,800 from the CUMULATIVE RESERVE LOAN FUND (124.000.000); and transfer said monies to the LAW LIBRARY FUND, (120.001.000); that this transaction shall be considered an interfund loan from the CUMULATIVE RESERVE LOAN FUND, to the LAW LIBRARY FUND and is to be repaid from the first available funds, together with interest at 5%, not later than three (3) years from the date the loan is issued by the Treasurer.
