RESOLUTION 2001-34

(Authorizing Signature of Contract GCA2447 for

Senior Services Transportation Operating Funds)

WHEREAS, Skamania County has been awarded a grant of $65,000 in Federal Transit Administration, Section 5318 operating assistance through the Washington State Department of Transportation (WDOT); and

WHEREAS, the Skamania County Board of Commissioners believes it is in the best interest of the County to enter into a contract with WDOT;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Skamania County Board of Commissioners authorizes the signing of Contract GCA2447 with WDOT for $65,000 in Federal Transit Administration, Section 5318 operating assistance.
