The Small Works Roster is a process through which the County can streamline the bidding process for public works projects according to RCW 39.04.155.  All contractors on the Small Works Roster are invited to bid on public works projects in their area of expertise.  Skamania County Public Works Department maintains the roster which is available to all county departments that are under authority of the Skamania County Board of Commissioners.
