Instructor, Craig Rundell, presents:

Tai Chi-Yang Slow Style, Long Form This Chinese martial art form emphasizes health and peace of mind training. The result is improved posture, balance, range of motion, physical strength and energy. Participants of all ages and physical abilities are invited to experience Tai Chi.

Instructor, Bob Hagan, presents:

Traditional Shotokan Karate This style of karate developed from various martial arts focuses on increasing self confidence, discipline, and fitness as defensive skills are established. Instructor, Bob Hagan, has 27 years of martial arts experience and received a promotion to third degree black belt through the International Shotokan Karate Federation.

Instructor, Mark Day, presents:

Tae Kwon Do: This class offers the opportunity to learn self defense based on the traditional style of Tae Kwon Do.  Students receive a solid foundation of the basic kicks, hand strikes, and blocks, and sparring while developing courage, confidence, self-discipline, and having fun. Children can earn a junior black belt in as little as three years of regular attendance.  Adults and youth are invited to start at any time.
