Fitness Fair

Facilities & Recreation hosts the annual health and fitness fair in conjunction with the Carson – Stevenson Ridge Trail Run.  The event showcases vendors suited to improving and maintaining ones personal health.

Personal trainers, nutrition experts, massage therapists and financial planners are on site to help individuals lose weight, explore healthy eating habits or learn about being financially fit. In addition, Facilities & Recreation uses this event as an opportunity to demonstrate the benefits of participating in one or more of the recreation classes that we offer.

A one day event – the annual Fitness Fair is held early to mid May on the Skamania County Fairgrounds. Event information is available by selecting one of the links to the right or by contacting our office.  Admission is FREE.  The 2012 event is presented in the Skamania County Fairgrounds Exhibit Hall, Saturday, May 5.
