SENIOR SERVICES CASE MANAGEMENT POSITION

 Skamania County Senior Services is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Case Manger.  The position is generally a part-time position (.62 FTE), but during the initial training period the position may have increased hours.  The position is eligible for pro-rated benefits including, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, holidays, annual and sick leave as well as state retirement.   At .62 FTE, the salary range is  $2,027 - $2,396 per month.  It is the policy of Skamania County to start an applicant at the lower end of the range unless exceptional qualifications are demonstrated.  

Position responsibilities include:Assisting adults with disabilities and older persons to assess their needs, authorizing and obtaining in-home and community based services to: (1) maintain their independence in the community; (2) be diverted from nursing home or other institutional settings (3) make a timely return home following a short hospital or residential stay; and (4) remain at home with support despite functional impairments.  Developing and administering s a service plan that will result in maintaining the client at the highest level of independent living possible while still addressing the issues which arise in acute situations.  (See full position description).

LICENSING ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR

CENTRAL SERVICES SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

$3532 - $4005/month, plus benefits 

DUTIES: Persons in this position provide support to computer users in the use of application software products and responds to hardware, software and network problems with corrective procedures.  Persons also provide network administration functions, design and maintain county web pages, provide database programming, hardware and software maintenance.   Persons in this position are given significant discretion, within the scope of policy and regulations, on the routine performance of their duties; supervision and guidance are received from the Director of Central Services.

PART-TIME VAN DRIVER

Range 10

Variable hours - up to 23 hours per week

Starting @ $ 12.70 per hour

Nature of Work:  This position is van driving under Skamania County’s Senior Services Transportation Program. This position is covered under the Federal Transit Drug and Alcohol programs and requires pre hire and random testing. 

Qualifications:  Drivers must be at least 18 years of age, have an approved driving record from the DMV, at least two personal references, no criminal record and the ability to transfer and push wheelchair passengers.
