The approval process for Category I, II and III private roads shall consist of approach to county road requirements only. The approvals required for Category IV private roads shall include an examination of the criteria used in design, along with the approach to county road requirements. No physical inspections will be performed by Skamania County, except those inspections required to verify that "approaches to county road" conditions in Section 12.03.020 are met.
