6.04.130 Impoundment--Interference.
It is unlawful for any person to interfere in any way with any deputy sheriff, police officer, or any other person employed to act as a dog catcher who is engaged in seizing or impounding any dog under authority of this chapter; and the penalty for any such shall be a misdemeanor and a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars and imprisonment for not more than ten days may be imposed, or any part thereof.
