6.04.020 Failure to license.
Any person, firm, or corporation failing to license a dog as required in Section 6.04.010 above may receive a citation by any person authorized under Section 6.04.080 to issue such a citation, charging the person, firm or corporation with failure to license the dog. Thereafter, the person, firm or corporation shall have ten days in which to license the dog and failure to do so within that period of time will result in a civil fine of not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than one hundred dollars.
