1.16.010 Purpose and intent.
A. All violations of the county ordinances shall be deemed infractions unless the county ordinance expressly makes a violation a misdemeanor or gross misdemeanor or imposes a penalty in excess of the maximum penalty for infractions.
B. Each such person is guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which any violation of any provisions of the ordinances of Skamania County is committed, continued or permitted by any such person, and he is punishable accordingly. (Ord. 1998-02 (part))
