1. Approval of Minutes of November 20, 2008.

2. Application and Agreement with Washington State Department of Health for exchange of immunization data into the statewide CHILD Profile Immunization Registry System.

3. Application and Agreement with R & S Northeast LLC to participate in pharmaceutical purchasing group for lower pricing of public health supplies and medication.

4. Application and Agreement with Minnesota Multistate Contracting Alliance for Pharmacy to participate in pharmaceutical purchasing group for lower pricing of public health supplies and medication.

5. Agreement with FPCPP/CPN to participate in pharmaceutical purchasing group for lower pricing of public health supplies and medication.

6. Agreement with CHAMP Software, Inc. to provide training and support for Nightingale Notes software program.

7. Contract amendment #3 with Clark County to provide the services of one part-time employee from November 1, 2008 through December 16, 2008 to assist with the transition of the Environmental Health Department from Clark County to Skamania County.

8. Interlocal agreement with Washington State Department of Health joint plan of responsibilities delineating responsibilities for water system reviews.

9. Contract with Melody Acosta to provide services related to WIC, Registered Dietician and Lactation Educator.

10. Contract with the Humane Society for Southwest Washington to provide animal testing services related to rabies and other public health safety.
