1. Minutes of January 24, 2008.
2. Amendment #7 to 2007-2011 Consolidated Contract with Washington State Department of Health, amending Statements of Work for Public Health Funding and amending Allocations by increasing the amount of the contract by $95,225.
3. Amendment #8 to 2007-2011 Consolidated Contract with Washington State Department of Health, amending Statements of Work for Office of Drinking Water Group A Program and Public Health Emergency Preparedness and Response and amending Allocations by increasing the amount of the contract by $16,961.
