Cover Sheet Non Conforming
Submission of a nonstandard document requires a properly completed cover sheet with a signed statement declaring that "...I am requesting an emergency nonstandard recording for an additional fee as provided in
RCW 36.18.010. I understand that the recorded processing requirements may cover up or otherwise obscure some part of the text of the original document." There is a $50 fee for this waiver in addition to the standard document recording fee.
