Requests for Recorded Documents
Recorded documents are on file in the Auditor's Office located at the County Courthouse, Rm 27. You may begin your email requests by using the link below. Please provide as much information as possible to aid the Recorder in locating your information. For the best results provide the Book and Page (You can usually find Book & Page references during a Parcel Search.) You may also provide the Parcel number and which document you are seeking. There is a charge for documents. The Recorder will provide you with information on cost, payment method, and method of receiving the document. You may always stop by the Auditor's Office and make your requests in person.
