RESOLUTION No. 2007-60

(Loan funds from Cumulative Reserve Loan Fund to Current Expense Fund)

BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Skamania County, Washington, that the County Treasurer is directed to loan a total of $517,000 from the CUMULATIVE RESERVE LOAN FUND (1027.000.000) and transfer said monies to the CURRENT EXPENSE FUND, (001.000.000); that this transaction shall be considered an interfund loans to the CURRENT EXPENSE FUND and is to be repaid from the first available funds, together with interest at 5%, not later than three (3) years from the date hereof.
