RESOLUTION NO. 2007-55

(Creating Wind River Business Park Petty Cash Fund)

WHEREAS, Skamania County owns the Wind River Business Park and has created a fund to receive revenues and disburse expenses; and

WHEREAS, Skamania County has contracted with the Skamania County Economic Development Council to perform management, maintenance and marketing activities for/at the Wind River Business Park; and

WHEREAS, a need exists for a petty cash fund for immediate purchases needed for the operation of the Wind River Business Park,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Skamania County Board of Commissioners that a Wind River Petty Cash Fund be created in the amount of $2,500; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the petty cash fund may be used for expenditures related to the operation and maintenance of the Wind River Business Park; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that as long as the Skamania County Economic Development Council contracts with Skamania County to perform activities for/at the Wind River Business Park, employees of the Skamania County Economic Council are authorized to expend Petty Cash Funds from this account; and

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that the Skamania County Treasurer activate this account for Skamania County.
