RESOLUTION No. 2007 - 45

(Loan funds from Cumulative Reserve Loan Fund to Substance Abuse Fund)

BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Skamania County, Washington, that the County Treasurer is directed to loan a total of $33,000 from the Cumulative Reserve Loan Fund (1027.000.0000) and transfer said monies to the Counseling Center Substance Abuse Fund (1140.010.000); and that this transaction shall be considered an interfund loan from the Cumulative Reserve Loan Fund and is to be repaid from the first available funds, together with interest at 5.0%, not later than three (3) years from the date hereof.
