(Creating the Wind River Business Park Fund (#129.000.000)
WHEREAS, Skamania County dissolved the Wind River Public Development Authority through Resolution 2007-29; and
WHEREAS, all of the assets of the PDA become the property and fiscal assets of Skamania County; and
WHEREAS, Skamania County desires to create a new special revenue fund called “Wind River Business Park” (Fund #129.000.000) to receive the assets from the dissolved PDA, receive all revenues generated at the Wind River Business Park paid on behalf of or to Skamania County, and to provide for the purchase of goods and services associated with the Wind River Business Park;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a special revenue Fund called “Wind River Business Park” (129.000.000) is hereby created for the purpose of
1) Receiving the assets from the dissolved Wind River Pubic Development Authority;
2) Receiving all revenues generated at the Wind River Business Park paid on behalf of or to Skamania County;
3) Dispense funds for the purchase of goods and services associated with the Wind River Business Park.
