RESOLUTION 2007-20

(Adopting a Skamania County Risk Management Policy, including Claims Administration)

WHEREAS, Skamania County is a member of the Washington Counties Risk Pool; and

WHEREAS, all member counties of the Risk Pool are expected to adopt and practice policies and procedures that promote strong, positive risk management; and

WHEREAS, Skamania County Board of Commissioners supports and encourages strong Risk Management practices and expects the same of all County officials, employees and volunteers;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Skamania County Board of Commissioners adopts the Skamania County Risk Management Policy, including Claims Administration, as set for in Attachment “A” and hereby incorporated into this resolution.
