RESOLUTION 2006-46

(Rescinding Resolution 2005-29 and Resolution 2005-48 Appointing Individuals

In Each Department to Receive Public Records Requests)

WHEREAS, Resolution 2005-29 appointed individuals in each county department to serve as records officers to receive public records requests on behalf of that department or office and amended it per Resolution 2005-48; and

WHEREAS, on October 31, 2006 Skamania County Board of Commissioners adopted Ordinance 2006-09 establishing public records procedures pursuant to the Public Records Act, which included public records officer contact information; and

WHEREAS, the Board has determined the need to rescind previous individual public records officer appointments;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution 2005-29 appointing individuals in each county department to serve as records officers to receive public records requests on behalf of that department or office, and subsequent amendment Resolution 2005-48 be rescinded.
