RESOLUTION 2006-31

(Amending Resolutions 2003-11 Skamania County Commissioners’ Agenda Policy)

WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners adopted a Commissioners’ Agenda Policy on December 11, 2000 and amended that policy by Resolution 2003-11; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners staff has reviewed the Agenda Policy and recommended changes to help stream line Commissioners’ meetings and to be consistent with the new meeting dates set by the Commissioners in Ordinance 2006-07; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners reviewed the recommendations of staff and agrees with the changes.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Commissioners by this resolution hereby amends the Commissioners’ Agenda Policy, as set forth in “Attachment A”; and

BE IF FINALLY RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners by this resolution hereby sets the effective date of the amendments to the Commissioners’ Agenda Policy as July 3, 2006.
