RESOLUTION 2006-22

(INTENT TO VACATE BEACON ROCK MOORAGE ROAD

COUNTY ROAD No. 12380 WITHIN SKAMANIA COUNTY)

WHEREAS, the Skamania County Board of Commissioners considers that a county road known as Beacon Rock Moorage Road, County Road No. 12380, between Mile Post 0.00 and Mile Post 0.33 (end), may be useless to the general public as a part of the public road system;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Skamania County, Washington, declares its intent to vacate and abandon Beacon Rock Moorage Road between Mile Post 0.00 and Mile Post 0.33 (end); and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that in accordance with RCW 36.87.010, the County Engineer is hereby ordered to examine Beacon Rock Moorage Road, and as required by RCW 36.87.040, report his findings to the Board.
