Resolution 2006-15
(Adopting Building Code Fee Schedules)
WHEREAS, RCW 19.27 authorizes Counties to adopt and enforce the State Building Code; and
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS, Skamania County has established fees which are intended to provide a fair and equitable distribution of the true cost to provide administration and enforcement services required by the State Building Code; and
WHEREAS, Skamania County Board of Commissioners has determined it necessary to review the cost of administration and enforcement and make adjustments to fees as necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Skamania County Board of Commissioners that the Skamania County Building Department shall charge the following fees for building permits, square foot construction costs, mechanical permits, and plumbing permits:
