RESOLUTION NO. 2005-58

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

SKAMANIA COUNTY, WASHINGTON

WHEREAS, in accordance with R.C.W. 36.81.130 and WAC 136-16, the County Engineer has submitted a recommended Annual Road Program for 2006 to the Board of County Commissioners, and

WHERAS, each proposed project on this program has been evaluated by the county in accordance with the requirements of the State Environmental Policy Act and Skamania County Environmental Policy Ordinance No. 1985-02, and

WHEREAS, the recommended plan includes construction and equipment purchase costs approximately equal to the amount included in the road fund budget for construction work and equipment purchases, and

WHEREAS, the Board has reviewed said Road Program and finds it to conform as nearly as practicable to the County Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Board of County Commissioners of Skamania County, Washington adopt the attached 2006 Annual Road Program and does hereby direct the County Engineer to proceed with the completion of the work as designated.
