RESOLUTION 2005-20

(Repealing Resolution 2004-42, which adopted by motion the West End Community Comprehensive Subarea Plan and Associated Plan Maps)

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having provided proper notice in the official newspaper of general circulation and with a quorum present, conducted a public hearing on repealing the West End Community Comprehensive Subarea Plan and associated plan maps on June 27, 2005 in the Board of County Commissioner’s Meeting Room at 11 am; and,

WHEREAS, after all those attending the hearing were given the opportunity to speak; the public hearing was closed to public testimony; and,

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Skamania County Board of Commissioners repeals the Final West End Community Comprehensive Subarea Plan and Associated Plan Maps which retains the 1977 Comprehensive Plan “A”; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Department of Planning and Community Development is authorized to revisit the issue of a West End Comprehensive Subarea Plan no later than the year 2007.
