(authorizing representative to execute a lease with the United States Postal Service)

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the duly elected officer of Skamania County Board of Commissioners do hereby appoint the Chairman of the Board as our authorized representative to execute a lease with the United States Postal Service which shall be deemed binding upon all members of this organization, collectively
