RESOLUTION 2004-63
(2004 Distribution of Federal Forest Fund Receipts from Treasurer's Trust)
WHEREAS, Skamania County received from the Forest Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, for Federal Forest yield revenue for FY 2003 $869.27 for Title I and $116.58 for Title III for a total of $985.85 in interest; and,
WHEREAS, Skamania County received from the Forest Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, for FY 2003 Federal Forest Title III that was previously distributed in Resolution 2003-61 and 2003-65; and
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the Nuisance Control Fund needs additional funds to implement nuisance control activities.
WHEREAS, the Board finds that the distribution of said funds should be made in the manner set forth below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Treasurer of Skamania County is directed to distribute $985.85 as follows:
NUISANCE CONTROL (1280.000) $ 869.27
TITLE III (1300.000) $ 116.58
