RESOLUTUTION 2004 – 36

(Creating a Nuisance Control Fund).

WHEREAS, Skamania County conducts nuisance control activities consistent with the Skamania County Code 8.30 or as hereafter amended; and

WHEREAS, the County may incur expenses related to the cleanup of nuisances in the county and associated administrative costs; and

WHEREAS, the County may bill the cleanup and administrative costs to the property owner;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Skamania County Board of Commissioners that a Nuisance Control Fund (1280.000) for the purpose of conducting nuisance control cleanup activities and related administrative cost; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all reimbursements received for cleanup and administrative activities related to nuisances shall be deposited in this fund and fines and penalties for nuisances may be deposited in this fund.
