RESOLUTION 2004-32

(Adopting fee schedule for vendors and exhibitors at the Skamania County Fair)

WHEREAS, the Skamania County Board of Commissioners sets rates and fees for various uses of recreational facilities, including the Skamania County Fairgrounds; and

WHEREAS, the Skamania County Fair Board has reviewed and recommended that the fees be set as follows, and

WHEREAS, the Skamania County Board of Commissioners has reviewed the current fairgrounds fees and determined that fees for commercial and food service vendors and community service exhibitors need to be set for the Skamania County Fair;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Skamania County Board of Commissioners do hereby adopt the following rate schedule for the Skamania County Fair Vendors and Exhibitors:

Commercial Concessionaire Rates

Up to 10 ft. X 12 ft. space $100.00

additional space (per lin. ft.) 10.00

Canopied Space (12 ft. x 12 ft.) 125.00

Power Fee 110 volt (per outlet) 20.00

Power Fee 220 volt (per outlet) 30.00

Deposit 50.00

Food Concessionaire Rates

Up to 10 ft. X 12 ft. space $150.00

additional space (per lin. ft.) 10.00

Canopied Space (12 ft. x 12 ft.) 175.00

Power Fee 110 volt (per outlet) 20.00

Power Fee 220 volt (per outlet) 30.00

Community Service Exhibitors

Space 10.00
