RESOLUTION 2004-31

(Authorizing Director of Community Events and Recreation to enter into short term contracts with vendors and renters of facilities under control of Community Events and Recreation)

WHEREAS, Skamania County has established rates and procedures for rental of various park and recreation facilities; and

WHEREAS, Skamania County has established rates for community service exhibitors and commercial and food service vendors at the annual Skamania County Fair; and

WHEREAS, the Skamania County Board of Commissioners believes it is in the best interest of the County to allow the Director of Community Events and Recreation to process these short term agreements without individual action of the Board;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Skamania County Board of Commissioners authorizes the Director of Community Events and Recreation to enter into short term contracts with vendors and renters of facilities under control of Community Events and Recreation within the guidelines, policies and rates established by the Skamania County Board of Commissioners.
