RESOLUTION 2004-27

RESOLUTION WITH INTENT TO VACATE A PORTION OF AALVIK COUNTY ROAD COUNTY ROAD No. 20710 WITHIN SKAMANIA COUNTY

WHEREAS, the Skamania County Board of Commissioners considers that a portion of county road known as Aalvik Road, County Road No. 20710, between Mile Post 0.00 and Mile Post 0.035, may be useless to the general public as a part of the public road system.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Skamania County, Washington, declares its intent to vacate and abandon a portion of Aalvik Road between Mile Post 0.00 and Mile Post 0.035; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that in accordance with RCW 36.87.010, the County Engineer is hereby ordered to examine Aalvik Road, and as required by RCW 36.87.040, report his findings to the Board.
