RESOLUTION 2004-16

(Authorizing Signature of amendment to Contract GCA3828 allowing purchase of two used transit buses with the amendment adding purchase of bike racks for the buses as part of the scope of work)

WHEREAS, Skamania County has been awarded grants of $9,000 in Rural Mobility capital assistance, through the Washington State Department of Transportation (WDOT); and

WHEREAS, the Skamania County Board of Commissioners believes it is in the best interest of the County to enter into these contracts with WDOT;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Skamania County Board of Commissioners authorizes the signing of the contract amendment to Contract GCA3828.
