RESOLUTION 2004-09

(Adopting the Skamania County Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan)

WHEREAS, RCW 38.52.070 requires each political subdivision of this state to establish and submit its plan and program for emergency management to the state director and secure his or her recommendations thereon, and verification of consistency with the state comprehensive emergency management plan, in order that the plan of the local organization for emergency management may be coordinated with the plan and program of the state; and

WHEREAS, Skamania County held a public meeting on January 13, 2004 to review the plan; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners hereby adopts a Skamania County Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan as outlined in Attachment A.
