RESOLUTION 2004-06

(Adopting Section 125 Flexible Fringe Benefit Plan for Employees Effective January 1, 2004)

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has previously adopted a Section 125 Flexible Fringe Benefit Plan; and

WHEREAS, American Fidelity Assurance Company provides the County Section 125 Flexible Fringe Benefit Plan; and

WHEREAS, Skamania County amended its Section 125 Flexible Fringe Benefit Plan by adding additional eligible participants;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners hereby adopts a Section 125 Flexible Fringe Benefit Plan for Skamania County employees and designates American Fidelity Assurance Company as the provider of this Plan, to be effective January 1, 2004.
