RESOLUTION 2004-05

(Supplemental #1 for 2004 budget for various funds)

WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners approved Current Expense and County Road Levies at one percent (1%) over the amount levied for collection in 2003, plus any increased amount resulting from the addition of new construction and improvements to property and any increase in the value of state assessed property shall be collected; and

WHEREAS, the increase in state assessments added $125 to the amount of County levy to be collected; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners desires to amend the distribution of the Current Expense levy between the Current Expense Fund and the Mental Health Program and Developmental Disabilities program of the Counseling Center Fund to reflect the correct distribution of funds;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners hereby creates, transfers, revises or supplements revenues in the 2004 budget as follows:
