RESOLUTION 2003-25

(Adopting Section 125 Flexible Fringe Benefit Plan for Employees)

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that it is in the best interest of the employees of Skamania County to adopt a Section 125 Flexible Fringe Benefit Plan; and

WHEREAS, American Fidelity Assurance Company has the ability to provide a Section 125 Flexible Fringe Benefit Plan; and

WHEREAS, Skamania County has selected American Fidelity Assurance Company to be the provider of a Section 125 Flexible Fringe Benefit Plan;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners hereby adopts a Section 125 Flexible Fringe Benefit Plan for Skamania County employees and designates American Fidelity Assurance Company as the provider of this Plan, to be effective July 1, 2003.
