RESOLUTION 2003 – 20

 

            (Supplemental  #1 for 2003 budget for various funds)

 

WHEREAS, the Skamania County Board of County Commissioners (Board) has determined that several department funds have unanticipated expenditures for 2003; and

 

WHEREAS, the Board has also determined that the County has unallocated, unanticipated funds from the buyout of Skamania Lodge; and

 

WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.40.100, 36.40.195 and Resolution 1999-31, the Board has the authority to transfer, revise or supplement its budget and to increase budgets with unanticipated funds; and

 

WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.40.100, the Board has the authority to transfer funds; and

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners hereby transfer, revise or supplement the 2003 budget in the amount of $2,787,496.00 as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the $2,787,496.00 necessary to finance the foregoing 2003 supplemental/emergency budgets is appropriated from the following unanticipated sources and/or transfers and/or revisions within the department and/or funds:
